Happy Minds, Healthy Bodies.
We developed “Happy Minds, Health Bodies”, a mindfulness yoga program in collaboration with MindBody Centering Yoga, to empower individuals to be their ‘best selves’. We have implemented this individualized program at the Boys and Girls Club of Durham over the past 3 years, which incorporates movement, fitness, self expression, and creative writing.

CREATIVE ARTS EXCHANGE
C.A.E IS AN EXPRESSION OF LIVEGLOBALLY'S BELIEF THAT CREATIVITY IS INTEGRAL TO DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES.
The first phase of C.A.E has been hosting house concerts in Durham, North Carolina. From donations raised at the concert, the musicians are paid a stipend and the remainder supports the Teachers' Fund for the Ingrid Education Centre.
The second phase of C.A.E will be funding musicians so that they can professionally record their music. These recordings will then be offered to local businesses as an affordable and sustainable alternative source of ambiance. The proceeds from the record sales will go to the musicians and LiveGlobally to be used to further creative sustainable projects across the globe!
Below are images from our first C.A.E House Concert, featuring music by MadeLuna and The Bell Cycle.
JOBSTART PRISON YOGA PROGRAM
LiveGlobally Co-Founder Nina Be was invited to create a 12 week supportive curriculum around Mind-Body Wellness within the uniquely effective JobStart Program which teaches life skills to female prisoners in the North Carolina State Prison System. For 9 years, graduates and staff from MindBody Centering Yoga have volunteered to empower selected women through education around nutrition, anatomy, alignment and inner resources of peace and dignity.
LIVEGLOBALLY HAS PROVIDED SUPPLIES, FOOD, AND VOLUNTEER ASSISTANCE TO THE JOBSTART PRISON YOGA PROGRAM SINCE 2008.
